THE PIED PIPER

The Missoula Children’s Theatre presents The Pied Piper, an original adaptation of the classic children’s tale. What do you do when your town is overrun by ravenous rats? Sara, an orphan girl, and the other Townspeople of Hamelin Town turn to the Mayor of Hamelin and the Council when their town is threatened. They then call on the Pied Piper to save them from the troublesome creatures. The Mayor's children, staff, and the Cooks also join in the endeavor. Find out what happens when the town chooses not to pay the Piper and the children are led away from the town along with the rats!

Tickets are $8 Adults, $5 Children and Seniors (65+). Lap children do not require a ticket.

Purchasing 5 or more tickets in one transaction? A $1/ticket discount will automatically be applied.

Show times are Friday, September 20 at 7 PM and Saturday, September 21 at 2 PM. 

The Green Room doors open 1 hour before each show, with food and beverages available for purchase.

Common Folk: Dan Maher

Join us for an evening of folk music featuring singer/guitarist Dan Maher, food and fun in The Green Room at the Princess Theatre on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Doors will open at 6:30 PM, music from 7 to 9 PM.

Paninis, charcuterie, and snacks, local wines, beers, hard ciders, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Tickets are $10 each. Students are admitted free. Student ID required for middle school and above.

Ben & Friends: Jeremy Erickson

On the first Thursday of each month, Ben Macy will be joined in The Green Room by a changing roster of musicians. On Thursday, October 3, Ben will be joined by vocalist Jeremy Erickson. Jeremy has performed with Ben and on the Princess Theatre’s stage, winning Best leading Actor for his portrayal of Willy Wonka a few years ago.

Paninis, charcuterie, and snacks, local wines, beers, hard ciders, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Tickets are $20 each. Students are Free. Student ID required for middle school and above.

Comedy Night with Greg Beachler

Ready to laugh some more?? Please join us on Friday, October 4 in The Green Room for Comedy Night with Greg Beachler. One of the Pacific Northwest’s fastest-rising comedians, Greg has spent the last few years bringing his trademark wit and irreverence across the country. His storytelling as a divorced dad of two blends musings on family life and his mixed-race background with topical approaches, grounding widely relevant subjects in a personal, relatable perspective. You might recognize him as a producer of the Bing Crosby Theater’s Reel: Comedy Edition, or as a regular feature at the Tacoma Comedy Club, Spokane Comedy Club, and other venues in the US.

Opening for Greg is Jess Everett. Jess has performed in clubs and theaters all over the country. He is the 2022 winner of The Tacoma Comedy Club's "Voice" competition, five time winner of "Roastmania," and even won the first and only "Olympia's Funniest Comic" competition. He doesn't like to talk about it, though. Please don't touch him.

Doors will open at 6:30 PM, with a selection of food and beverages available for purchase, including paninis, charcuterie, local wines and beers, soft drinks and water. The laughter begins at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $20 each; show recommended for ages 18+ due to adult humor and situations.

MisCast Cabaret

Princess Theatre will present 29 singers in MisCast Cabaret. This musical showcase will include popular Broadway show tunes - some hysterical, some poignant - as you have never heard them! Performances will be Friday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, October 13 at 2:30 PM in The Green Room. Doors will open one hour prior to the show; we will have a food and beverage menu available.

Tickets are $20 each.

The 39 Steps

Planes, trains … and spies! A man with a boring life meets a woman with a thick accent who claims to be a spy. When he takes her home, she is murdered. Soon, a mysterious organization is hot on the man’s trail in a careening manhunt that includes mishaps, mistaken identities, and humorous references to murder mysteries and detective movies. We will present this play as a hybrid radio show/reader's theatre - with some surprises!

Evening performances are in The Green Room at 7:30 PM Friday, October 18; and Saturday, October 19.

Matinee performance is 2:30 PM Sunday, October 20 in The Green Room

Tickets are $20 per person.

Student Rush Tickets will be $15 at the door only on the day of show, as space permits.

Trick-or-treat adult style is on the marquee at the Princess Theatre in Prosser with two showings of the original The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Friday, October 25 at 8 PM and midnight.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is not a horror film; it is a rock-musical send-up of old science-fiction and horror films. Originally a stage play, the movie was released in 1975, and has become a cult classic interactive experience. 

As part of the RHPS experience, attendees are encouraged to dress up in costumes, yell back lines at the movie and act out the film with a bag of props. The $20 ticket reserves your seat for the movie and includes a props kit with the script, bubbles, newspaper, toast and more, plus entry to the pre-show parties at 6:30 and 10:30 PM in The Green Room. Due to theatre policy, attendees will not be permitted to bring their own props into the theatre. 

The pre-show parties will include selfie stations, games, complimentary popcorn, no-host concessions and bar, with hot food also available for purchase.

The Princess Theatre is presenting The Rocky Horror Picture Show with the permission of 20th Century Fox. The movie is rated “R.” Those under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Common Folk: Trillium-239

Join us for an evening of folk music featuring the three-part harmonies of Trillium-239, food and fun in The Green Room at the Princess Theatre on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Doors will open at 6:30 PM, music from 7 to 9 PM.

Paninis, charcuterie, and snacks, local wines, beers, hard ciders, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Tickets are $10 each. Students are admitted free. Student ID required for middle school and above.
